The year 2025 marked a period in which Egeria successfully transformed its planned strategic initiatives into tangible outcomes, elevating our corporate maturity and long-term vision to the next level. By maintaining our technology, solution, and people-oriented approach, we strengthened our organizational structure while taking significant steps to enhance the value we deliver to our customers.
One of the most important developments of the year was establishing our presence at Kocaeli University Technopark. Becoming part of the technopark ecosystem enabled Egeria to position its long-standing software and solution development capabilities within a more structured R&D framework. Within this ecosystem that supports knowledge-based production, we strengthened university-industry collaborations and moved our technology development activities to a more systematic and scalable structure. At the same time, we increased the visibility and sustainability of our contribution to the national economy through our commitment to creating qualified employment opportunities.
Another milestone that made 2025 particularly meaningful for us was the inclusion of ILERI Group into the Egeria family through an agreement signed on the final day of the year. This collaboration represents not only organizational growth but also a strong strategic synergy shaped by shared values, complementary capabilities, and long-term business objectives. We believe that this partnership will further strengthen both the quality of services we provide to our customers and our market positioning in the coming years.
The IFS version upgrade projects initiated in 2025 for FSS Fren and Bargello once again demonstrated Egeria’s technical expertise and project management discipline in executing live system transformations. These projects aimed to modernize customers’ existing IFS infrastructures by improving system security, sustainability, operational efficiency, performance, and user experience. The foundations established in 2025 enabled the Egeria team to start 2026 with active, technically strong, and high value-added projects.
As we enter 2026, we are focusing on achieving even greater goals with our growing team within the technopark structure, expanding partner ecosystem, and proven project experience. Egeria remains committed to deepening its expertise, advancing its technology and solution development capabilities, and delivering sustainable value to customers while continuing to contribute to both our industry and the national economy.
